Kevin Coppel
Kevin served as the Singapore-based head of Knight Frank Asia Pacific, the largest business unit of the world’s largest independent property consultancy, from 2014 until his retirement in 2025. Over that period, Knight Frank’s Asia Pacific business grew 3x to more than US$800m in turnover with 11,000 people in 300 offices across 14 markets. In addition to rapidly expanding the business through a mix of organic growth acquisitions and new country entry, Kevin was able to bring cohesion, co-ordination and collaboration to business which had historically been “siloed” and localised in approach.
Kevin has extensive experience in aligning people, strategy and operations in complex people environments. He has spent more than 25 years on private company boards (often with external directors and stakeholders) and has extensive experience in managing change, strategy implementation, board and senior executive effectiveness and succession planning. Kevin also has a long track record of mentoring senior executives from different backgrounds and cultures across the Asia Pacific.
